The hotel has a beautiful sprawling property and great amenities, particularly the clean and spacious pool. However, the customer service left much to be desired, particularly during our special occasion, which significantly impacted our experience. While the food options were excellent and the check-in process smooth, the lack of attentiveness from the staff was disappointing.
